Moving into one of our apartments will help you avoid being late to classes or missing out on important student activities.

Our units offer everything you would find on our on-campus living spaces and more. You’ll have access to amenities such as on-site laundry facilities and internet access, as well as utilities like water, gas, and electricity. Plus, these expenses will be included in your rent to help you budget and save money (food, tuition, and books are not included).

There’s another major benefit of choosing an apartment for rent. Oshawa North is home to thousands of students from around the world, which means that you’ll have the chance to share your living space with one to four other roommates. We won’t pair you with just anyone, though. We’ll ask you about yourself, what you like to do and how you like to study. We’ll then use that information when matching you up with roommates. Or, take advantage of our self-selection option through our convenient online housing portal.

If you already have friends in mind who you’d like to share your space with, you can send us a request. Please be aware that your request will only be accepted if your friend also requests you as their roommate. Everyone signs a lease as an individual, so each student is responsible for paying the advertised residence fee to avoid complicated math and hassle among roommates.

For your further convenience, all of our suites are furnished and come with kitchenettes. This way, you can prepare your favorite snacks in between classes right from your apartment.

Our rooms on the Oshawa and Whitby campuses are available through a lottery system until the residence application deadline. After the first wave of acceptance, we operate on a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to contact us now to apply for an apartment.
